Wash My Sheet Once a Month and being Told Gross

I need to know if I’m actually disgusting or if people are just lying. Last night I was going somewhere with a friend, and she was listing all her chores. She casually mentioned she washes her bed sheets once a week. I told her I do mine about once a month, and she looked at me like I confessed to a crime.

I don’t think I’m that gross at all. I shower, I’m clean, I’m busy! Weekly feels like a lot??

So now I’m curious… how often do you wash your sheets?
