My Gym Routine 💪🏼

As a busy mom of three , a full time student , in an internship and working theee days a week, the weekend tends to be my Lift 💪🏼 days since I have a little more time!! The other three days tend to be just cardio on the treadmill

Also I am a beginner at this !!

I was just cleared by the NP at my Six Week Post Op Gastric Sleeve appointment to do all the activities !

So I started doing some weightlifting/ strength training and here’s my routine !
