Options like chicken breast, cottage cheese, and protein powders can help meet your protein needs without excessive carbohydrates. For instance, shredded chicken can be incorporated into salads or wraps, providing flavor and nutrition. Cottage cheese pairs well with fruits or can be enjoyed with low-carb snacks for a protein boost. Additionally, protein powders, such as whey isolate, can be easily added to smoothies or oatmeal for extra nutrients with minimal effort. For lunch ideas, consider creating a salad topped with grilled chicken and a side of chive cottage cheese, or make a delicious dip using protein powder and yogurt served with vegetables. Experiment with flavors that excite you, as adapting your meals post-surgery is crucial for long-term success and enjoyment. Remember to listen to your body and make adjustments to find what works best for your taste and dietary needs.
