NCDs or non-communicable diseases are a group of chronic non-communicable diseases, which are not caused by pathogens and cannot spread from person to person, but diseases caused by habits or lifestyle, which are carried slowly, gradually accumulate symptoms, and when there are symptoms of the disease, there are often chronic diseases, so NCDs may be classified as a chronic group of diseases. 😳

• Eat 5 groups of wholesome foods. Focus on eating fruits and vegetables.
• Avoid eating sweet, extremely salty, oily foods, including grilled toasted foods
• Exercise regularly, at least 30 minutes / time, 5 times a week
• Abstain from drinking alcohol
• No smoking
• Get enough rest
• Relax stress
