Let me show you how Peruvian Fried rice(Arroz Chaufa) is made with everyday ingredients

I used:

3 cups cooked rice (preferably day old)

200g beef, diced small(or chicken)

3 eggs, beaten

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional but adds depth)

1 tsp sesame oil (optional)

3 stalks green onions, chopped

1 small onion, finely diced

1 tsp minced garlic

1 small ginger piece, grated

1 small red bell pepper, dice

Salt,to taste

Black pepper

2–3 tbsp oil

2 tsp chili pepper(for heat)

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp seasoning cube

1 tsp sesame(to finish)
