Lasagna Stuffed Garlic Bread

This garlic bread didn’t have to go THIS hard 😮‍💨

Ingredients:

- 1 whole loaf of French bread

- 3 tbsp melted butter

- 1 tbsp minced garlic (or garlic powder)

- 1 tbsp chopped parsley

- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 cooked lasagna noodles

- 1 cup ricotta cheese

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for layering)

- 1 cup tomato or pizza sauce

- 1/2 lb ground beef (cooked and seasoned)

- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- Extra parsley for topping

Directions:

1. Slice open the bread and brush the inside with garlic butter (butter + garlic + parsley + Parmesan).

2. Lay down a lasagna noodle.

3. Add ricotta, Parmesan, sauce, beef, and mozzarella.

4. Add another noodle and repeat the layers.

5. Brush the outside of the bread with more garlic butter and sprinkle parsley.

6. Bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes until golden and cheesy.
