Pull Apart Chicken Tacos

Taco night = upgraded 🌮🔥

- 2-3 chicken breast

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- 1/2 tsp onion powder

- 1 chicken bouillon packet

- Water to cover chicken (4-5 cups for boiling)

- 1 tbsp oil

- 1/2 onion sliced

- 1/2 red bell pepper slices

- 1 can crushed tomatoes

- 1 cup of water

- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1/2 tsp onion powder

- Flour tortillas

- 1-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1/2 fresh cilantro

1. Boil chicken in water with garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, and chicken bouillon.

2. Shred once fully cooked.

3. In a pan, sauté onions and peppers in oil.

4. Add shredded chicken, crushed tomatoes, and water. Season with Cajun and more onion powder.

5. Let it simmer until thick.

6. Dip a tortilla into the sauce, fill with chicken mix, cheese, and cilantro

7. Fold and cook both sides for 1 minute until crispy.

8. Serve hot and enjoy!
