Marinara Meatball Subs

Marinara Meatball Sub

Your new go to comfort sub 🥖🧀🍝

Ingredients:

- 1 lb ground beef

- 1 lb Italian sausage (mild/spicy)

- 1–2 tsp salt

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tsp onion powder

- ½ tsp black pepper

- ½ tsp Italian seasoning

- 1 jar marinara sauce any

- Sub rolls (also called hoagie rolls or Italian sandwich rolls)

- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Mix beef, sausage + seasonings → roll into meatballs → bake 400°F for 15 min.

2. Toss in crockpot with marinara → low 4–6 hrs or high 2–3 hrs.

3. Load rolls with 3–4 meatballs + sauce → top with mozzarella.

4. Broil 2–4 min till cheese is bubbly & bread is toasted. Optional parsley.
