Cozy Cabin Chili Bar

The easiest way to feed 8 people at the cabin? A build your own chili bar. It's hearty, cozy and perfect for when you'd rather be by the fire than by the stove.

Ingredients:

- 2 Ibs Ground Beef (browned)

- 2 cans Kidney Beans + 2 cans Black Beans (drained)

- 1 can (28oz) Crushed Tomatoes

- 1 Onion + 1 Green Bell Pepper (diced)

- Chili Seasoning (Chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper)

Directions:

1. Brown the beef and toss it into the slow cooker.

2. Add your beans, tomatoes, and seasoning mix.

3. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours.

The Bar:

Set out bowls of shredded cheddar, sour cream, jalapeños, and Fritos. Serve alongside hot dogs, fried chicken, and cornbread.
