Additionally, exposure to natural environments reduces stress and enhances overall cognitive function. It's important to choose hobbies that you genuinely enjoy so they don't feel like a chore. Whether it’s swimming, beach volleyball, or paddleboarding, the key is reducing screen time and allowing your brain to reset. This practice counters the brain fog caused by constant phone usage and brings you closer to becoming a more alert, energetic, and elite version of yourself. Remember to apply sunscreen to protect your skin during sun exposure and start gradually if you’re new to outdoor activities. Consistency is what yields the greatest benefits, both mentally and physically. So, find your perfect outdoor hobby, make it a regular part of your routine, and watch how it transforms your senses and overall wellbeing.
