What can I do as a greasy hair girl??

I am at a loss on what products to use. I have dandruff from my dry, flaky scalp. If I don’t wash my hair for at least a day it’s so oily.

I wash 2-3x a week, go to the gym 3-4x, and I even lowered my water temp to borderline cold.

I’m still super oily and flaky. Any suggestions on products?
