No Bake Protein Cookies 👀🤩

These are so so good!! I have a major sweet tooth, so having these around helps my cravings without eating all the sugar!!

No Bake Protein Cookies

Ingredients:

2 cups oats

2 scoops chocolate protein powder

1/2 cup pure maple syrup

1/3 cup milk

1/2 cup peanut butter or nut butter

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

In a bowl, mix oats & protein powder. Place remaining ingredients in a pot on low heat. Stir until melted and combined. Once combined, add to oats and protein powder. Stir until combined. Scoop dough onto wax paper and place in fridge for at least 10 minutes.
