Meet my cat Arlo: He wanted to be an outside kitty soooo bad. I felt so bad denying that of him because it’s in their nature. So we did everything right: He got his shots and got fixed so he at least won’t be a neighborhood tomcat and cause kittens. He knows our neighbors and hangs out with them
