Ingredients • 1/2 Lemon (sliced or juiced) • 3 Strawberries (sliced or halved) • 6 Mint Leaves • 1 tsp Ginger (freshly grated or minced) • Approx. 1-2 cups of water (or sparkling water/coconut water, as a base—this is an assumed ingredient) Instructions 1. Prepare the Ingredients: • Wash the strawberries and mint leaves. Slice the strawberries and the lemon half. • Peel and finely grate or mince the fresh ginger. 2. Release the Flavors (Optional but Recommended): • In a sturdy glass or pitcher, lightly muddle (gently press with the back of a spoon) the mint leaves and ginger. This helps release their oils and potent flavor. Be careful not to over-muddle the mint, as it can become bitter. 3. Combine: • Add the sliced lemon and sliced strawberries to the glass. • You can either squeeze the juice from the 1/2 lemon or use the slices for infusion. 4.
