It's common to feel a little off during that time of the month which is why i wanted to share 3 nutrient-packed foods to help you feel better and that supports your wellbeing 😊

1. Fruit

It's water-rich and hydrating! Plus it's naturally sweet and a better way to satisfy those sugar cravings 🍓

2. Leafy Green Vegetables

They have lots of nutrients to help combat the dip in iron that happens during your cycle. I recommend stocking up on veggies like spinach, kale, and swiss chard! 🥬

3. Fish

Fish is rich in iron, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids. It helps reduce inflammation and replenishes your bodies key nutrients 🐟
