I’ve been gluten free for about 7-8 months now! I was concerned of celiacs or an allergy when I noticed severe pain and bloating when eating it. I learned I gained an intolerance to it, so un incorporating it from my diet has made my bloating and inflammation go down so much, and overall has made me feel so much better!
