Lunch is my favorite because it features 99/1 ground turkey wrapped in super soft flour tortillas with spicy cheese sauce and sriracha chili sauce — it feels indulgent but keeps the protein high and fats moderate. For dinner, I keep it simple with oven-roasted chicken and a classic corndog paired with ketchup, balancing out the day with 30% protein intake. Snacking on a protein drink with zero added sugar and some mini assorted Danish keeps my energy up and gives me extra protein throughout the day. Including snacks is crucial because it prevents energy slumps and helps maintain the protein target. I also learned to track my macros closely, aiming for roughly 159 grams of protein to support muscle maintenance and overall satiety. Incorporating foods like Chobani protein drinks and favorable cheese blends helped me reach my goals without feeling deprived.
