HIGH PROTEIN CHICKEN ALFREDO ⭐️

When dieting or trying to make healthier choices, it can be hard to balance foods you really enjoy while also maintaining a healthy diet that is high in protein and within your calorie intake, which is why I absolutely love this creamy chicken alfredo recipe!

• some side notes I like to include in addition to the recipe are:

- I bought most of the ingredients from Target and a few from Trader Joe’s

- although you don’t have to get the identical parmesean, milk, parsley, etc, I highly recommend making sure you get the protein pasta and good culture cottage cheese as the macros are very good in comparison to other brands

- One serving of this pasta 543 calories and 66g of protein and is about 2/3 of this entire plate, I added extra pasta for filming purposes!! The entire plate would lean more towards 700-800 calories since the excess pasta!!
