私も先日、東松山市にある「中華そば 深緑」を訪れて、「黒出汁」のラーメンを注文しました。口コミで噂のもろみポーク3枚のせを選び、そのボリュームに驚きました。肉はロース、バラ、肩ロースの3種が器いっぱいに盛られていて、しっとり柔らかく、脂の甘みが口の中でとろける感覚はまさに極上でした。 スープは牛骨や鶏、魚介、野菜の出汁をバランス良く配合し、川島町の老舗「金笛醤油」が調和させているとのことで、味に深みと丸みが感じられ、懐かしさもありながら新鮮な味わいです。自家製の平打ち麺はしっかりスープを吸い上げ、ツルッと滑らかな食感で、箸が止まりませんでした。 また、こちらのお店は2024年4月から水曜～日曜に夜営業を始めているので、これまで昼の長い行列で諦めていた方も訪れやすくなりました。駐車場も30台分完備されているため、車でのアクセスも便利です。 私も行列が苦手でしたが、夜の営業開始を聞き試してみたら、すんなり入れてラーメンも最高でした。もろみポークの厚みは値段に見合うどころか、それ以上の価値があります。食べログ百名店に選ばれているのも納得の味とサービスです。 埼玉でラーメンの名店を探しているならまず試してほしい一軒です。東松山へ訪れた際には「中華そば 深緑」でぜひ黒出汁ラーメンと肉塊のもろみポークを堪能してください。行列回避の夜営業も賢く利用して、満足度の高い食体験を楽しめます。
