yakisoba with silver octopus!?
i was wondering what to eat at the food court.
Yesterday, I saw a lot of silver 🐙.
There was yakisoba and I tried it!
There are two types of yakisoba, ordinary yakisoba and okonomiyakisoba
I tried Okonomi yakisoba!
The thin egg was on top and the yakisoba meat was thick and delicious as it was close to steak meat!
If it's wrapped in an egg, it's possible that Umm soba doesn't wrap it!

銀だこのお好み焼きそばは、通常の焼きそばとは一味違う楽しい新体験でした。特に、上に乗った薄い卵が全体をまろやかにまとめてくれて、まるでオムそばのような感覚を味わえます。 さらに、焼きそばに使用されているお肉が非常に厚く、ステーキに近い食感だったのが印象的でした。これが味をグッと引き立てていて、食べ応えも抜群です。トッピングにはマヨネーズやかつお節、青のり、紅しょうがが添えられていて、味の変化も楽しめるのが嬉しいポイントです。 また、銀だこと言えばたこ焼きが有名ですが、こうした焼きそばメニューも充実していることに驚きました。フードコートで手軽に食べられるのも魅力的ですね。 個人的には、次回は普通の焼きそばとお好み焼きそばの両方を試して、味比べをしてみたいと思います。同じ銀だこブランドでも、違った味わいが楽しめるのは嬉しい発見です。興味がある方はぜひ一度試してみてください。
