Yakisoba Noodles🍜🍜
Here’s how I make this Japanese stir fry noodles my way
Ingredients:
200g spaghetti
200g chicken
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 small carrot, julienned
1 small bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded cabbage
2–3 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
For the sauce:
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp ketchup (optional, adds slight sweetness)
½ tsp sugar
