I love trying new foods and drinks 🥤

Ever since cutting out kool aid and fruit punch I been looking for some healthier juice choices. Now days all I drink is water (either by itself or with lemon), chocolate protein drinks, Poppi sodas, and ginger ale mixed with cranberry juice (only at work because it’s so good lol).

But I wanted some kinda juice that didn’t have a bunch of added sugars, so I decided to try this yesterday. It’s so good! Only two ingredients and of course it still has some sugar because it’s a fruit juice, but it still counts as a healthier option for those like me who wants juice without the additives ☺️

... Read moreIn today's health-conscious world, finding beverages that are both tasty and nutritious can be challenging. Many commercial juices contain excessive added sugars and artificial ingredients, which can detract from their health benefits. To enjoy juice without compromising your health goals, consider making it at home using fresh, organic ingredients. One appealing option is making organic apple juice. This drink is not only refreshing but also packed with vitamins such as Vitamin C. Organic apple juice contains no added sugars, ensuring you enjoy the natural sweetness of fresh apples. Moreover, the simplicity of using just apples allows you to control the ingredients, avoiding common preservatives and additives found in store-bought juices. Adding a twist to your juice can also enhance its flavor. For instance, a squeeze of lemon can complement the sweetness of apple, creating a balanced and invigorating drink. This combination not only tastes great but provides hydration and essential nutrients. When shopping for juices, look for labels that indicate '100% juice' with no artificial ingredients. Companies like Knudsen SONS or Bigel Green focus on organic juices that are free from additives and artificial flavors. Experimenting with different fruits can lead to delightful discoveries; mix berry juices or incorporate cucumber for a revitalizing drink. By crafting your juice at home, you can enjoy the health benefits while satisfying your taste buds. Remember, the key to a healthier lifestyle is always having alternatives that resonate with your personal dietary choices.
