I’ve been healthier eating lately…

As someone growing up eating fast food, junk food, and always having a sweet tooth, I had to kind of train myself to eat healthier as I got older. Lately I’ve been putting fast food aside (only having it once a month, if that) and reducing my intake of sweets. These have been successful replacements.

I make avocado toast either by itself or with turkey bacon. I just tried those Made Good bars and it sucks there’s only 5 in a box 😅 I switched to those Premier protein drinks from the Bolthouse farm ones because they don’t have any added sugars. My work bestie told me about the chocolate covered strawberry Chobani flip (she doesn’t even like chocolate lol), so I decided to try it and other flavors.

I love a good salad, whether I make it or buy it, and even though I love ranch I decided to make lemon vinaigrette dressing: lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic 🔥🔥 I only find the pomegranate seeds at Kroger, but I’m sure other grocery stores have them. You can also find an actual pomegranate and take the seeds out. Lastly, I never really liked yogurt, but I know it’s good for you. I started with the protein kind and it’s tolerable for me 😂
