The main goal of a full-body workout is to target all of your muscle groups to efficiently and effectively promote muscle growth. Whether you're a bodybuilder of any level, are underweight, or want to build muscle following an injury or illness, a total-body workout can help you gain muscle and strength!

Getting to the gym upwards of three times per week may be unrealistic for your schedule. You can work out just two or three times per week without missing muscle groups with a full-body workout. If you miss a day and can only get to the gym once in a given week, you will still work out each muscle group that week.
