Exercised to do when you have low energy!

When that 3pm slump hits, I skip the caffeine and turn to movement.

A quick energy reset starts with Downward Dog, pedaling out my feet to wake up my legs and stretch my spine.

Then I stand tall, legs wide, and let my head hang heavy, grabbing opposite elbows to gently swing side to side, it’s like a massage for the nervous system.

I finish with some standing twists to boost circulation and shake off the fog. Just a few minutes, and I feel recharged, grounded, and ready to go.
