LOW CAL delicious snack idea-two ingredients!
This is about to be your new hyper fixation, it was for me and still is. I’ve been making this throughout the week when I want something super sweet but we got those goals;)
Pick out your fave fruit (mine have been grapes, strawberries and blueberries for this).
Pick up Monkfruit sweetener (it’s in the sugar/baking isle).
Wash your fruit but don’t dry (you want your fruit to be wet still so the sugar sticks)
Toss in a generous amount of monkfruit sugar. And that’s it!
I like to chill my fruit sometimes but room temp is also great. Enjoy your super low cal snack!

Okay, so you've tried my go-to fruit and Monkfruit sweetener hack, right? It's seriously a game-changer for those sweet cravings without derailing your goals. But let's take this 'zero calorie snacks' idea even further! Sometimes, I’m looking for something with a bit more texture, or maybe I’ve got specific cravings like those popular 'little journey strawberry yogurt bites' I keep hearing about. While my fruit snack is fantastic for a fresh, sweet burst, there are other ways to satisfy that craving for sweet, convenient bites that are still super healthy and low in calories. If you're eyeing those strawberry yogurt bites but want a homemade, sugar-free, and truly zero calorie friendly option, here's what I do. I’ll often blend plain, non-fat Greek yogurt with a scoop of sugar-free strawberry protein powder and a dash of *Monkfruit sweetener*. You can even add fresh strawberries for extra flavor. Then, I spread it thinly on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze it. Once firm, break it into irregular 'bark' or cut into 'bites.' It's not exactly a 'yogurt bite' in the store-bought sense, but it hits that creamy, sweet, fruity spot perfectly, and it's loaded with protein! Another fantastic way to get your zero calorie snack fix is with frozen fruit, especially when you're looking for that 'bite' sensation. Have you ever tried frozen *grapes*? They're like little nature's candies! Super refreshing and surprisingly sweet. You can even toss them in a little Monkfruit sweetener before freezing for an extra frosty, sweet crunch, just like we do with the fresh fruit. The key is to think about what you love in a snack – is it sweetness? Crunch? Creaminess? And then find a healthy, *sugar-free*, *keto*-friendly way to achieve it. Beyond fruit, there are so many creative ways to make healthy snacks that feel indulgent but are genuinely *low cal*. For a savory twist, I sometimes make crispy roasted seaweed snacks or air-fried kale chips seasoned with a little salt and nutritional yeast – practically zero calorie and super satisfying. For something more substantial but still light, consider cucumber slices with a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning, or bell pepper strips with a light dip made from plain Greek yogurt and herbs. The goal is to always have healthy, easy options on hand so you don't reach for something processed when hunger strikes. Remember, the beauty of these homemade healthy recipes is that you control the ingredients. You can ensure they are truly sugar-free and align with your keto or low-calorie goals. Don't be afraid to experiment with different fruits – blueberries are also fantastic with *Monkfruit sweetener*, especially when chilled. It's all about finding what works for you to keep those cravings satisfied and your energy levels up without compromising your health goals. Happy snacking!

it’s also good with sugar free jelo and then freezeing them
