Obv everyone has their own free will. You can or could adjust the recipe how you prefer. I did all equal parts and my suggestion is use half pudding mixture to one whipped cream tub.
I’m doing the sugar free / higher protein. As a type 1 diabetic (46 yrs ) over a year ago I gave up all caffeine cokes zero sugar etc . The zero sugar cool whip is Just heavy cream whipped and frozen. Reeses zero sugar does have the fake sweeteners. I’d say eat full sugar ones just limit amount.
