Naked Nutrition Apple Pie Shake has 20g of protein and only 3g of sugar. It is also soy free and gmo free. Simply the best!

Ingredients:

- 1/2 banana

- 1 cup almond milk

- 1 cup oats

- 1 scoop Naked Nutrition Apple Pie protein powder

- Dash of cinnamon

- 1 apple diced

Ingredients for icing:

- 1/2 cup almond milk yogurt

- 1 scoop Naked Nutrition Apple Pie protein powder

Instructions:

1. Mix all the ingredients together and bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.

2. Take it out of the oven and allow to cool.

3. Mix ingredients for icing and spread it on top.

4. Cut and enjoy!
