Easy Protein Bagels 🥯

Easy protein bagels a.k.a 2-ingredient dough 🥯

This has recipe has been a staple in my kitchen when I am craving a bagel without all the fluff!

What you’ll need:

1c Greek yogurt

1c Flour

1 egg

1/4cup of water

Baking soda

Baking powder

Salt

In a medium bowl: combine yogurt + flour + mix

Once dough is mixed knead the dough and set aside.

In a small bowl make the egg wash: 1 egg + 1/4 cup of water

Shape dough, place onto a lined baking sheet, brush egg wash, and top with fave toppings- I opted for cheese.

I stretched the recipe and made my bagels smaller, if you want larger bagels it will make four bagels.

Enjoy solo or pair with your favourite breakfast item(s)
