I wanted to work from Home! That was the beginning that made us decide to accept this job, knowing that "it's not over." We ended the network, but we had to go through Linux & Database...
At first I thought, "Well, there's a basis, if there's a guide, there should be survival," but the real world is a lot more cruel. 🚩
* In the job interview, we told him there was no basis for this. *
What comes across VS what hope:
• Hope: Someone is waiting for the Guide or the first train.
• Found: Manual, a huge pile of old people left behind. "Go read it yourself."
• Hope: Gradually learn from a small Error.
• Meet: The company needs "work as well" people on our basic date of 0.
Enter month 3...The stress starts to bite. We try to help ourselves in every way. Read Log Sheep Code. But with the Gap of knowledge too wide, we can't solve the speed we need.
Finally...Our efforts are still not good enough.
"Not through the pro" is the answer to everything. 🫠
Expensive lessons from this event:
1. The basics are very important: learning the job page can be done, but if it is negative from the beginning, it is depressed until it is unhappy.
2.Passion alone is not enough: reading Log out. Solving Error on its own is a beautiful picture, but behind it is a heavy practice.
3.Self-Check: Don't let presumptuousness or stubbornness get us caught up in what isn't.
Today we failed, but we learned...Anyone who is like us, "Hurry and find yourself." Don't let it take so long to waste your life. Each aptitude is not the same. Fight, everyone! ✌️

การได้ลองทำงานที่ไม่ตรงสายที่เรียนมาเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ท้าทายและเต็มไปด้วยบทเรียนที่มีค่ามาก ในกรณีนี้ที่เป็นงาน Linux และ Database ในขณะที่ผู้เขียนมีพื้นฐานเป็น Network ทำให้ต้องปรับตัวและเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่อย่างหนักหน่วง จากประสบการณ์ที่ได้พบเจอ สิ่งหนึ่งที่อยากจะแชร์คือ สิ่งที่เราเห็นในการสัมภาษณ์และสิ่งที่เจอจริงนั้นบางครั้งแตกต่างกันโดยสิ้นเชิง การที่ผู้สมัครเปิดใจบอกตั้งแต่แรกว่าไม่ได้มีพื้นฐานด้านนั้นเลยถือเป็นความกล้าที่ดี แต่ในโลกของการทำงานจริงบริษัทมักต้องการคนที่สามารถทำงานได้อย่างรวดเร็วและไม่ต้องการให้เสียเวลาสอนมากนัก สำหรับใครที่ต้องเจอกับตำแหน่งงานที่ไม่ตรงสาย หรือถูกจับไปทำงานใหม่ สิ่งที่อยากแนะนำคือ ควรประเมินตนเองตั้งแต่ก่อนเริ่มงานว่าเราพร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้หรือไม่ เพราะหากมีช่องว่างของความรู้มากเกินไป อาจจะก่อให้เกิดความเครียดสะสมได้ง่าย ซึ่งจะส่งผลต่อสุขภาพจิตและประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน อีกเรื่องที่อยากให้คำแนะนำคือการหาวิธีเรียนรู้แบบเป็นระบบ ไม่ควรปล่อยให้ตัวเองท้อแท้กับการอ่าน Manual หรือ Log เพียงลำพัง ควรพยายามหาชุมชนออนไลน์หรือแหล่งความรู้เพิ่มเติมเพื่อช่วยเสริมสร้างทักษะ นอกจากนี้ การตั้งเป้าหมายเล็กๆ ในการเรียนรู้และแก้ปัญหาเพียงทีละอย่างจะช่วยให้เราไม่รู้สึกหนักเกินไป ในตอนท้ายผู้เขียนได้แสดงให้เห็นถึงพลังของการรู้จักยอมรับความล้มเหลว และเปลี่ยนเป็นบทเรียนสำคัญสำหรับตนเอง นับว่าเป็นสิ่งที่หาได้ยากในหลายคน การรู้จักค้นหาความถนัดของตนเองและไม่ฝืนทำในสิ่งที่ไม่ถนัดเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่จะช่วยให้เราก้าวไปข้างหน้าได้อย่างมั่นคง สำหรับผู้ที่กำลังอ่านบทความนี้ หากคุณกำลังเจอประสบการณ์คล้ายกัน ขอเป็นกำลังใจให้คุณไม่ยอมแพ้และกล้าลองปรับเปลี่ยนค้นหาหนทางที่เหมาะสม สุดท้ายแล้วความสำเร็จไม่ได้วัดจากงานที่ทำสำเร็จแค่ครั้งเดียว แต่อยู่ที่ความสามารถในการเรียนรู้และปรับตัวตลอดระยะเวลาทำงาน
