Current Anxiety Supplement Routine

I was diagnosed with severe anxiety around 6 or 7.
At that time I was put on an anxiety medication and I have never. been. off. of. it.
Towards early 2023 I was up to 100 mg of Zoloft and 10 mg of Buspirone. I couldn’t even remember to take both every day and was having severe side effects.
