When was the last time you updated your supplement box? Right now I’m focusing on supplements that help me improve my sleep, stress hormones and mood.

✨ DIM: I recently met with a functional medicine doc who said I had estrogen dominance. I’ve started taking DIM once a day to help with heavy periods, acne, bloating and digestion.

✨ Magnesium: this is an important supplement for good sleep and to lower cortisol. Regulating cortisol can actually help to improve most unwanted symptoms.

✨ Fish oil / omega-3: great for inflammation. Inflammation can impact your mood, fatigue, PCOS symptoms and more. Taking fish oil can improve this.
