A silken tofu 150g
A 30g of honey
A spoon of rice oil
B Rice flour 90g
B Potato starch 10g
B Cocoa Powder 20g ← Matcha Churros, Matcha Powder 20g
Baking powder 1 tsp
B A pinch of salt
[How to make]
① Put A in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
② Add B to ① and mix well with a rubber spatula.
③ Place a cooking sheet on the top plate, put ② in a piping bag with a star-shaped mouthpiece, and squeeze it out straight.
④ Spray oil and bake in an oven preheated to 180 ℃ for 20 minutes.
⑤ After baking, spread it on the net and let the steam escape to complete.
