・ 1 broccoli

・ Appropriate amount of mizuna

《 Tofu Cream 》

・ Silken tofu 150g

・ White ground sesame tablespoon 1

Soy milk tablespoon 2

・ 1 teaspoon chicken stock

· Soy sauce tablespoon 1

1 teaspoon of miso

・ Appropriate amount of chili oil to your liking!

· Garlic tube 1 cm

· Ginger tube 1 cm

[How to make]

Boil the eggs for 10 minutes and cool them in cold water.

② Mix the ingredients of the tofu cream well until smooth.

③ Put the chicken breast in a bakeware and cook for 2 minutes at 600w. Turn it over and cook for 2 minutes at 600w again.
