Our Weekly Dinner Lineup + Recipes

This week’s menu is a cozy mix of family favorites, easy weeknight staples, and a few Thanksgiving-week shortcuts. I’m keeping things simple but flavorful, especially on my office days when the slow cooker or air fryer saves the night. Sharing the full menu and some of the recipes I’m using, in case you’re building your own plan this week!

✨ Monday: Creamy Vegetable Soup

The perfect cozy fall soup. Packed with potatoes, corn, carrots, and broccoli.

✨ Tuesday: Air Fryer Pork Chops

Extra crispy breaded chops in the air fryer. I set up a quick breading station, pop them in at 400°, and dinner’s done in 12 minutes.

✨ Wednesday: Chicken Caesar Wraps

A lighter midweek meal. Quick, fresh, and the easiest dinner before the holiday chaos sets in.

✨ Thursday: Thanksgiving

Can you believe that this will be the first time I’ve ever cooked Thanksgiving!?

✨ Friday: Leftovers

Because that’s the whole point of Thanksgiving week.

✨ Saturday: Black Bean Enchiladas

A vegetarian favorite in our house. Flavorful, cheesy, and the jalapeños give them such a good kick.

✨ Sunday: Marry Me Chicken Bites

Tender, garlicky chicken in the creamiest sun-dried tomato sauce. We serve it over mashed potatoes and it’s chef’s kiss.
