At just 215 calories, it's the ultimate guilt-free indulgence, perfect for satisfying that 'peanut butter & chocolate lovers' craving without derailing your progress. It's truly a low-calorie sweet treat that actually delivers on flavor and satiety. I swear by Oikos Triple Zero vanilla yogurt for its creamy texture and zero added sugar, making it a fantastic base for this low-calorie chocolate yogurt snack. And PBfit? Seriously, powdered peanut butter is a lifesaver for cutting down on fats while still getting that amazing peanut butter flavor. It’s so much lighter than traditional peanut butter, making it ideal for a low-calorie dessert yogurt.
