For the longest time, I felt like I had to choose between enjoying a treat and staying on track. That's until I discovered the magic of this low-calorie, high-protein chocolate peanut butter yogurt. It's been a game-changer for me! Not only does it taste like a decadent dessert, but it’s genuinely filling thanks to the 18.5g of protein. At just 215 calories, it's the ultimate guilt-free indulgence, perfect for satisfying that 'peanut butter & chocolate lovers' craving without derailing your progress. It's truly a low-calorie sweet treat that actually delivers on flavor and satiety. I swear by Oikos Triple Zero vanilla yogurt for its creamy texture and zero added sugar, making it a fantastic base for this low-calorie chocolate yogurt snack. And PBfit? Seriously, powdered peanut butter is a lifesaver for cutting down on fats while still getting that amazing peanut butter flavor. It’s so much lighter than traditional peanut butter, making it ideal for a low-calorie dessert yogurt. I usually go for Ghirardelli 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate chips because a little dark chocolate goes a long way for richness, plus it has antioxidants! Don't forget a splash of pure vanilla extract to really enhance all those sweet notes. Want to switch it up? Sometimes I add a few raspberries for a fruity twist, or a tiny sprinkle of sea salt to really bring out the chocolate and peanut butter flavors. You could also try different protein powders if you want to experiment with other flavors, but vanilla yogurt with a pure vanilla extract splash is my personal favorite. For an extra treat, that Favorite Day hot cocoa whipped topping is just heavenly and super low cal – it makes it feel even more like a special dessert! This snack is also brilliant for meal prep! I often whip up a few portions on a Sunday, store them in airtight containers, and they're ready to grab throughout the week when those sweet cravings hit. It’s so much easier to make healthy choices when you have delicious options waiting for you. Trust me, once you try this, you'll wonder how you ever lived without it! Whether you're looking for a quick post-workout refuel, a satisfying midday snack, or a healthy dessert, this chocolate peanut butter yogurt has you covered. It proves that eating well doesn't mean sacrificing flavor or feeling deprived. Give it a try and let me know what you think – it’s become my absolute favorite low-calorie sweet treat!

I put unsweetened cocoa powder + tbsp honey and the cold foam for topping coffee the other day and it tasted like a chocolate mousse lol
