Low-Cal, High(er) Protein Snack! 🍫

For when you’re craving a cosmic brownie, but still trying to keep the calories low 😌 If you guys haven’t had a chance to try it yet, the Halo Top Brownie mix is soo good for a low calorie brownie mix. I wanted to amp up the protein a little bit, so I added some Greek yogurt and protein powder, and they turned out so well! They have a similar density to cosmic brownies as well, which made me very happy. Hope you guys enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 box Halo Top Brownie Mix Prepared | 90 cals per serving

1 scoop Isopure Vanilla Protein Powder | 100 cals total

3 TBSP chocolate chips | 210 cals total

1 Light & Fit Marshmallow Yogurt | 80 cals

It’s so versatile and quick to assemble! Another quick win for me is cottage cheese with everything bagel seasoning and some sliced cucumber for a savory kick, or even with canned pineapple for a sweet and salty vibe. And for something warmer, a protein mug cake made with a scoop of protein powder, a little flour, baking powder, and milk zapped in the microwave for a minute is pure magic. You can even turn these brownies into a 'snack bowl' by crumbling one over a small scoop of vanilla Greek yogurt and adding some extra berries. It's a fantastic post-workout treat! Navigating the Protein Powder Aisle: Tips for Baking When I first started adding protein to my baking, I was overwhelmed by all the choices at stores like Shoprite or even online! It also blends really smoothly into recipes like this brownie mix.
