Hi guys! When I tell you these bagels are good, they are amazinggg. They are by far the best low calorie, high protein bagels I have found out there. They taste like a normal bagel, are a good size, and don’t give me any problems! This brand also has bread too, which is amazing as well! They are slightly pricier, but they are completely worth it!

They come in four flavors: Plain, Cinnamon Raisin, Everything, and Super Seed
