Goodbye burnout.

I did everything the “right way”. I went to college and got a few degrees. I became a nurse at big hospital but I felt like something was missing. It was life. I craved more LIFE! That’s why I got out of my comfort zone to learn how to make money online which has allowed me to be on the hospital less! Now I get to travel more while still making an income.

Being a nurse is a highly respected and rewarding career, but it also comes with several challenges. Here are some common cons of being a nurse:

Physically Demanding: Long shifts, lifting patients, and being on your feet all day can lead to fatigue, back problems, and other health issues.

Emotional Stress: Nurses often deal with trauma, death, and suffering, which can lead to emotional burnout or compassion fatigue.

Irregular Hours: Many nurses work nights, weekends, and holidays. Shifts can be 12+ hours, affecting work-life balance.

Exposure to Illness: Being around sick patients increases the risk of catching infectious diseases or being exposed to harmful substances.

Understaffing and Overwork: Many hospitals are understaffed, leading to high patient loads, rushed care, and increased stress.

Dealing with Difficult Patients and Families: Nurses may face verbal abuse, unrealistic expectations, or emotionally charged situations.

Bureaucratic Pressure: A lot of time is spent on documentation, electronic health records, and administrative tasks, which can feel overwhelming.

Limited Recognition: Nurses are essential, but sometimes they feel undervalued or overshadowed by doctors in healthcare settings.
