The Sunday "One-Pot" Playbook. 🥘

​Two family packs of chicken, 3 packs of fajita seasoning, and a crockpot later... we are set! I slow-cooked the chicken in broth until tender, then paired it with cilantro lime rice and beans soaked in that savory stock.

​The best part? The family is fed for the week AND I have a mountain of extra chicken for the freezer. This is how you win the week! 🏆
