You will want to combine all of the following ingredients! Also preheat the oven to 350.

- 1 box Honey Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

- 1 can of creamed corn

- 1 can of Whole Kernel sweet corn (drained)

- 2 eggs

- 1/2 cup of salted butter

- 1 cups of sour cream

Bake for 25 minutes in the oven for a larger pan. If 9 X 9 pan is used will need to cook for 35 min. Once out of the oven sprinkle Colby jack cheese on top!
