4 EASY & DELICIOUS RITZ CRACKER APPETIZERS TO TRY!

these ritz cracker appetizers are perfect finger foods to service up at parties or eat up yourself! they are sooo yummy & so quick & easy to make!!!

Fluffernutter Ritz:

- ritz crackers

- marshmallow fluff

- nutella

you can put fluff on one cracker and nutella on the other & sandwich together, or do it half & half vertically on 1 cracker like I did!

Muddy Buddy Ritz:

- ritz crackers

- chocolate chips (I used Nutella but it didn’t hold the powdered sugar well :( I’d recommend melting chocolate chips instead)

- powdered sugar

- peanut butter

add peanut butter to 1 cracker & add another cracker on top. coat in melted chocolate, cover in powdered sugar

Ham & Cheese Ritz:

- ritz crackers

- ham

- cheese of choice

bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes!

Pickle Ritz:

- ritz crackers

- pickle chip

- shredded cheese

bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes! let the pickles dry on a paper towel before putting on the cracker so they dont get soggy!

I love these because a lot of us already have these items at our homes. which one looks the best to you guys? let me know if you try any of these out!!

... Read moreRitz crackers, oh how I love them! Beyond being the perfect base for those amazing appetizers we just talked about, these buttery, salty, and wonderfully crisp crackers are truly a kitchen MVP. I mean, who doesn't have a box stashed away for those snack emergencies or last-minute cravings? For me, Ritz crackers are all about versatility. They're not just for fancy finger foods; they’re a canvas for so many easy, delicious ideas. If you’re like me and always looking for simple ways to elevate a snack or a meal, you’re in for a treat with some of my personal favorite Ritz cracker hacks. First off, let's talk about simple snacks. Sometimes, all you need is a quick bite. I often find myself topping Ritz with a thin slice of cheese – any kind, really, but a sharp cheddar or even a delicate Colby-Jack works wonders. A dollop of cream cheese with a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning? Divine! Or, for a quick sweet fix, a smear of peanut butter or a hazelnut spread like Nutella, sometimes even paired with a mini marshmallow, can hit the spot. It’s that perfect balance of salty and sweet that makes Ritz so addictive. But the magic of Ritz doesn't stop at simple toppings. Have you ever thought about using them in desserts? Crushed Ritz crackers make an incredible pie crust – especially for no-bake cheesecakes or even a simple key lime pie. That buttery, slightly salty crust adds a whole new dimension of flavor you won't get from graham crackers. I've also crumbled them over ice cream or yogurt for a surprising crunchy texture boost. Trust me, it sounds unconventional, but it's a game-changer! And what about using Ritz as a savory coating? Forget breadcrumbs sometimes! Crushed Ritz crackers make an unbelievably flavorful and crispy coating for chicken tenders, fish fillets, or even baked macaroni and cheese. The buttery flavor bakes into a golden, crunchy crust that's just irresistible. It’s an easy way to add a gourmet touch to everyday meals without much fuss. I’ve even used them as a topping for casseroles, giving that perfect golden finish. To make sure your Ritz experience is always top-notch, here's a little tip: always store them in an airtight container once opened. Nothing ruins a good cracker like staleness! And don't be afraid to experiment with different dips – from creamy spinach and artichoke to a zesty salsa, Ritz crackers are up for any challenge. They truly are the unsung hero of my pantry, always ready to transform into something delicious, whether it's one of those amazing appetizers or a quick, comforting snack.
