Five things you’re doing that make fat loss harder than it needs to be…
… coming from a resident MD working ~ 80 h per week and 24-hour shifts. 1. Overcomplicating your meals (and meal plan) 
 All you need is a few staple recipes on hand. Do a few days of meal prep. Every meal needs a protein, carb (ideally with fibre), and a fat source (ideally unsaturated fat).
