went on a trail w/a heart condition, and the difficulty wasn't listed on the sign. had to stop for a while but finished a 2.5 mile trail in 2 hours. found nature's butthole along the way so it was worth it.

Went hiking in Waterton!

Waterton hikes hit different in the summer. Clear views, but that thin air at 8,000+ feet is no joke. Using the low oxygen to build up red blood cells and lung endurance so I can destroy the giant slalom gates this winter. Also good practice for the cockpit! #skitok #alpineskiing #altitude #

it’s my first time in the northern united states and I went on a hike in the adirondacks today! it was called bald mountain and it was super fun!
