This time of year always takes me back.

🌅 Good Morning, Friends…

I stumbled across some Facebook memories last night, and wow… it hit me hard. This time of year always takes me back.

💔 Last year, we honored my Dad Mark’s life.

💔 This year, we were meant to sprinkle my Dad Rick’s ashes.

💔 Five years ago, John was in the hospital for a week with no clear answers.

I may not be back in the Midwest this summer, but my heart is there — full of love, gratitude, and the memories made while there was still time.

Time is precious. And it slips by so easily if we’re not paying attention.

✨ If it’s important to you, you’ll find a way. If it’s not, you’ll find an excuse. ✨

Today, I’m choosing to find a way — to stay present, to hold close the people I love, and to live with intention.

📣 I encourage you: Don’t wait. Don’t assume you’ll have more time. Love big. Reach out. Show up.

💬 Have you had a moment like this recently — where memories made you pause? I’d love to hear.

... Read moreIn today's fast-paced world, it's easy to overlook the significance of time and the memories we create. This period often brings back cherished reminiscences, amplifying our emotions and connections. As we navigate through grief and joy, one key takeaway resonates: time is fleeting. The phrase, 'If it’s important to you, you’ll find a way. If it’s not, you’ll find an excuse,' serves as a powerful reminder of our priorities. Creating meaningful moments requires intention. Reflecting on the past can inspire us to engage more deeply in the present. Whether it's reaching out to friends and family, planning gatherings, or simply appreciating everyday interactions, making the effort to connect can enrich our lives immeasurably. Engaging in these acts of love helps build a strong support system that can bolster us in times of loss or uncertainty. Additionally, sharing our stories and experiences can help foster a sense of community, allowing others to see that they are not alone in their feelings of nostalgia or sadness. Encouraging readers to voice their moments of reflection can turn individual grief into collective healing. Ultimately, these reflections remind us to cherish each moment, build lasting memories, and live with intention. Embracing life wholeheartedly empowers us to create an environment filled with love and appreciation. Let’s not wait for tomorrow; the time to act is now.
