Ingredients (All Approved):

• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 🫒

• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or red wine vinegar) 🍎

• 1 tsp Dijon mustard (no added sugar)

• 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)

• 1 tsp fresh lemon juice 🍋

• Sea salt & black pepper to taste

• Optional: a pinch of dried oregano, basil, or Italian seasoning 🌿

💧 Directions:

1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl or shake in a jar until emulsified.
