I am not one to jump on fads, but I love the hype around Pilates! I started pilates one year ago and its a game changer.

I took a break because I was a little

✨️depressed ✨️

I did go back this past week, and not only do I get a killer workout, but I also get to connect with an amazing community that inspires each other every time we get together.
