10 months postpartum and I am so glad I had these🫶🏼

... Read moreWow, it's hard to believe it's already been 10 months since I welcomed my little one! This postpartum journey has been a whirlwind of emotions, challenges, and incredible joy. Looking back, there are definitely a few key products that truly made a difference in my recovery and overall well-being. I wanted to share my honest experience and hopefully help other mamas navigating this beautiful, yet sometimes tough, phase. At 10 months postpartum, you might feel like you're 'out of the woods,' but for many of us, the journey of healing and adjustment continues. I still found myself dealing with lingering fatigue, fluctuating moods, and the demands of breastfeeding. It’s a marathon, not a sprint, and finding things that genuinely support you is crucial for your well-being. One of the biggest struggles for me, even at this stage, was managing my hormones. That’s why the 'Earthley POSTPARTUM BALANCE' dropper bottle became a staple in my routine. I felt a noticeable difference in my overall mood and energy levels when I was consistent with it. It’s so easy to forget about your own needs when you're caring for a baby, but supporting your body internally is incredibly important for feeling like yourself again. For all my breastfeeding mamas out there, you know the constant worry about supply. The 'Earthley MAMA'S MAGIC MILK BOOST' was truly a game-changer for me. I saw a definite increase in my milk production, which not only eased my anxiety but also ensured my baby was getting enough. Beyond specific supplements, comfortable feeding is key. Having a good, lanolin-free 'Organic Nipple Cream' was essential for those early days and even later on, preventing discomfort. While the initial intensity of after-birth contractions eases, healing continues. I was so grateful for things like 'Earthley EASE THE ACHE (ALCOHOL-FREE)' to help with any lingering discomfort. And let's not forget the external support! Products like the 'earth mama HERBAL Perineal Spray' and 'Motherlove POSTPARTUM Sitz Bath Spray' were staples for soothing and aiding the healing process downstairs. Even having a comfy bassinet setup for the baby with a soft blanket, pacifier, and plush toy meant I could rest easier knowing they were content, which indirectly helps my recovery. Beyond physical products, remember to nurture your mental and emotional health. Don’t hesitate to reach out to your support system. Talk to your partner, friends, or family about how you’re feeling. Prioritize small moments for yourself, whether it's a warm bath, a quiet cup of tea, or just five minutes of deep breathing. Embracing this phase with self-compassion and the right tools can truly transform your postpartum experience. I hope sharing these insights and my go-to products helps you feel more prepared or supported on your own postpartum journey. Every mama's experience is unique, but we're all in this together! Sending love and strength to all the incredible parents out there.

I love earthly. I had my baby 4 months ago and still use the mother’s milk, postpartum balance and ease the ache! Such amazing products.

How much does all this cost? I love natural supplements but unfortunately I can’t always afford them. I’m due in June and I’m looking for affordable but natural options.

hello ◡̈ Postpartum freezer meals are seriously a lifesaver. During those early postpartum days, the last thing you'll want to do is slave over a stove to cook meals. That's why I looove the idea of freezer meals. These are some of my go to "easy" meals that work perfectly as free
