Worst morning in a while
I am trying really REALLY hard to be positive. I woke up to un expected snow. I was planning on going to a half price day at a local consignment sale. I will not be doing that now, because driving on snow covered roads sounds like a really dumb way to die, especially for something that isn't really necessary.
My kids asked me to make waffles. Quickly, I realized we were out of mix. Not A huge deal, I made more dry mix and continued with life.
As that was happening, I realized my new coffee pot wasn't going to work. Not having coffee is not an option, so I used some instant coffee to make myself an iced coffee.
I'm really trying to have a positive attitude, but I'm really struggling this morning. I should be happy, I have coffee, my kids are here, we had waffles. I should be delighted with this.

Instant coffee, although not the ideal choice, can save the day in coffee emergencies. Waffles are comforting, but forgetting the mix can lead to creative solutions. For those looking to maintain positivity amidst chaos, it’s essential to embrace the small joys, like the warmth of family and the simple pleasure of breakfast together. Additionally, consider meal prep ideas for snowy days ahead, such as making extra waffle batter to freeze for future use or storing instant coffee options for quick fixes. Remember to keep safety in mind when navigating snowy roads, and opt for staying cozy indoors when possible. Embracing these moments can lead to memories filled with laughter and resilience.

You know after seeing this I realized I’ve never thought about trying my waffles with chocolate & peanut butter
