I’ve been eating meatless meals , and so far it’s going really well. I’ve made fried mushrooms, collard greens, vegan Mac n cheese,sautéed Cajun potatoes, and yams—all of it turned out delicious. Most of the time, I check out TikTok for new recipes to switch up the flavors.
